PGL series of AC power system is mainly composed of incoming automatic transfer switch (ATS), outgoing of MCCB, AC monitoring &control unit, digital display meter and output feeders etc, at the same time, elements of each part of the system are selected well-known brands such as SCHNEIDER and SIEMENS.

With the development and requirements of domestic power for security and safety, AC system needs to configure dual power incoming, even three incoming lines to protect the power supply in time. It makes the power system operating more safely and reliably. The monitoring and control unit of the AC system has communication interface (RS485/RS232), and it can realize the communication function with the automation system through MODBUS and other communication protocols. PGL serials of AC low-voltage distribution panels, suitable for power plants, substations and industrial enterprises, Power supply is the frequency of 50Hz and rated working voltage of 400V.AC panels can be as power supply, lighting power supply low-voltage power distribution system.

1.PGL of AC low voltage panel has reasonable structural design, configuration for circuitsis safety, and good performance. Comparing with old products, PGL has high breaking capacity, good dynamic stability, safe and reliable operation. The auxiliary circuit is corresponding to each main circuit scheme, so that the user can select the main circuit scheme, which can easily select the appropriate electrical principle diagram from the auxiliary circuit.

2.Simplify the main circuit scheme, cancel the drawer type control scheme, and increase the number of distribution units, the rationality is also more reasonable. This product can be used as power supply, power distribution and lighting.

3、ATS of dual incoming is adopted for AC panels, two-way incoming are backup for each other. The ATS has a reliable electrical interlocking and mechanical interlocking, which ensures the reliability and safety of power supply, It has the functions for over-current protection, over-voltage, under voltage and phase-lacking protection, the switching speed is quick, maintenance is easy.

4、It can realize the electrical quantity detection and reality through the AC monitoring and control unit , it also can detect the bus three-phase voltage, frequency, power, three-phase current, electrical energy and other electrical parameters, at the same time it can show the state of the switches.

5.The width of AC panel is 400mm or 600mm or 800mm or 1 000mm, each panel can be used as an independent unit, and there are a variety of different schemes for panel unit, user selection, it can achieve the required combination scheme.
