Sales Manager/Sales Assistant

Responsibilities：

1. Establish sales plans in regions or industries and organize and implement sales work;

2. Establish and cultivate sales channels to achieve good coverage and service to customers;

3. Establish and train a wide range of partners through close cooperation with the company's product, technology and supply chain departments to effectively create value for customers, including design institutes, factories, construction units and end users.

4. Implement the company's product promotion plan and sales policy to achieve the quarterly and annual goals of individuals and teams;

5. Guiding, training and evaluating team members to build a positive and optimistic team culture.

Requirements:

1. Good education background, more than 3 years sales experience, preferred in the electrical industry;

2.Excellent communication skills, ability to work with teams, good adaptability；

3.Good learning ability, sensitive to market and customer needs, optimistic and positive;

4.Ability to think independently and to make decisions;

5.Willing to try new things, willing to accept challenges, able to face pressure;

6.Honesty and integrity;

8.Age 35 and under 35.
